		<description>I&#039;m really stick of these turnaround apologies.  I realize there are a bunch of lawyers behind the scenes instructing the CEO what to say, but I think if they just fess up right away and put an apology out there and say how they are going to change, that&#039;s much more credible/admirable than coming back a second time to say what they should have to begin with.</description>
